A monitored PCC is accepted by the widest range of lenders of any PCC. We can still confirm your specific lender's requirements before you instruct.
What if my build is already finished?
If the build is complete, the construction stages can no longer be inspected, so a monitored PCC isn't possible. A retrospective PCC is the route instead: a single comprehensive inspection plus a review of your paperwork. It's accepted by fewer lenders, so we check yours first. We cover London for both.
